Carry on carrying on 42 March, 2025
In the month since our last pack, several times I wished for that damn
rocket back. That damn rocket Ivan so carelessly crashed. That damn
rocket that couldve been our ticket off this planet. Surrounded by an
increasing number of crazy people celebrating the circus, before long
Ill have no choice but to go insane myself.
For now though, lets take a breather and stop the doomscrolling for a
little while. Take a break from the social media platforms whose owners
are way too happy brown-nosing the clowns in charge. Remember when you
were in charge of your own news feed? When you decided what RSS feed or
newsgroup to subscribe to? Which IRC channel to join? Which BBS to call?
Welcome back to the world of ANSI art, my friend. Welcome to where a
full deck of cards consists of 16 colors, and everybody gets dealt the
same hand of CP437 characters.
Were back to the basics this time. No guests. No art imported from
other platforms. Nothing but the Fire guys bringing their A game,
including - as has become customary for our March packs - the art of our
most recent Fire ANSI calender in their original textmode form.
Allow our small offering to distract you from the bleak outside world
